Founder & Director
Satya Sharma
Satya is the driving force behind STS Pro Developments. An alumnus of Indian Institute of Management Bangalore(IIM Bangalore) with formal qualifications in Building and Construction (Certificate IV & Diploma, Sydney), he brings a rare combination of strategic thinking and hands-on construction expertise.
With over a decade of property development experience across Sydney, Melbourne, and major metropolitan regions, Satya specialises in transforming under-utilised land into high-performing assets — including childcare centres, NDIS homes, duplex developments, and commercial projects.
His deep understanding of planning regulations, land zoning frameworks, and end-to-end project delivery enables STS Pro Developments to manage the complete lifecycle — from feasibility and acquisition through to construction and occupancy.
As both a Licensed Builder and an experienced Childcare Provider, Satya brings a practical, operator-led perspective to development — ensuring every project delivers quality, compliance, operational efficiency, and strong long-term returns.

Taruna Sharma
Taruna Sharma has a Diploma in Early Childhood Education and a Masters in Science degree.
She is Co-Founder and Managing Director of STS Education Pty Ltd, a Sydney‑based organisation focused on early childhood education and care services. Under her leadership, the company operates through its KIDOPIA brand and is known for its commitment to delivering high‑quality educational environments. Childcare Provider Licence no PR-40018872
