Satya is the founder and driving force behind STS Pro Developments. An alumnus of IIM Bangalore with formal qualifications in Building and Construction (Cert IV & Diploma, Sydney), he brings a powerful mix of strategic insight and hands-on industry knowledge.
With over a decade of experience in property development across Sydney, Melbourne, and key metro regions, Satya specialises in transforming under-utilised land into high-performing assets — including childcare centres, NDIS homes, duplexes, and commercial sites.
His expertise in planning regulations, land zoning, and end-to-end project delivery allows STS Pro to manage everything from feasibility to occupancy. As both a Licensed Builder and Childcare Provider, Satya ensures quality, compliance, and strong investment returns on every project.
